Website Personal Information Processing
MSC Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “MSC”) collects only the minimum personal information necessary for online inquiries and recruitment applications and processes it safely according to the standards below.
1. Purpose of collection and use

- Connecting to the responsible department and follow-up contact according to the inquiry content
- Checking recruitment applications, recruitment review, and contacting applicants
- Prevention of repeated submissions and abnormal use
2. Items Collected

- Auto-generated · Submission time, inflow page, and selected product/process identification information
- Temporary Processing · Access IP (block abnormal submissions and limit submission frequency, discard within 10 minutes)
- Job Application Required · Job announcement, name, email, contact information, free-form resume
- Select recruitment application · Notes for recruitment personnel
We do not collect attachments other than job application resumes, resident registration numbers, or payment information.
3. Retention and Disposal
Inquiry contents are not stored in the website database and are immediately sent to the email of the person in charge set in the CMS. Inquiry emails in the recipient's inbox are kept for one year from the completion date of the inquiry processing and then promptly deleted from the inbox and trash. If separate storage is required under relevant laws, they are kept separately for the required period and then destroyed. Electronic files are permanently deleted in a manner that is difficult to recover.
Job applications and resumes are not stored in the website's database or file storage, but are immediately sent to the email of the recruitment manager set in the CMS. The applications and resumes in the recruitment manager's inbox are promptly deleted once the hiring decision is made, and are separately kept only for the period required by relevant laws.
4. Delegation of Personal Information Processing
MSC uses the Resend service by Plus Five Five, Inc. to send and forward online inquiries and job application emails. The entrusted company processes personal information only to the extent necessary for email transmission and may use subcontractors for hosting, security, and transmission.

You may refuse to agree to overseas transfer. If you do not agree, online submission will be restricted, and you can use the main phone number 032-813-3675.
6. Provision to Third Parties and Right to Refuse Consent
MSC does not provide personal information to third parties for purposes other than inquiry processing, except as required by law. You may refuse to consent to the collection and use of personal information, but if you do not agree to the required items, online inquiry submission will be restricted. In this case, you can use the main phone number.
7. Rights of the information subject and how to exercise them
You can request access to, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal information. Requests and inquiries related to personal information can be submitted through MSC's personal information protection officer (main phone: 032-813-3675), and will be processed without delay after identity verification.
8. Protective Measures

- Input validation, blocking abnormal submissions, limiting the number of submissions
9. Remedies for Rights Violations
For consultations or reports regarding personal information infringement, you can use the Personal Information Infringement Report Center (dial 118 without an area code) or the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee (1833-6972).
10. Policy changes
Any changes to this policy will be announced on the website before they take effect.
